Brother Crimes
I originally thought of this story base from my favorite boys in the world, my dogs, Nickyeyes and Joey Badda
Boom. And “Yes”, they are brothers in real life and “Yes”, that is there real names (it said so on their collars).
Back when they were born, me and my dad love to watch some of the mafia and gangster movies. We could
stop saying Badda Boom Badda Bing in the end of most of our sentences; including reenacting Joe Pesce
“Why am I funny”, in the movie “Goodfellas”. So that’s how we name the oldest, Joey. Nicky in the other hand,
he was born with that name. When he was born, his eyes were still blue or almost a year until finally changing
color to golden brown. If you want to see my boys on this site, let me know and I could put their pic up or
something. ^_~
I never thought of making my boys as characters for any of my work before; it just hit me while I was driving to
work, listening to some my CD’s mix (mostly J-Pop). If you read “On The Director’s Chair”, you’ll know that
every time I listen to music, I could see images for any type that could fit with the songs. It’s kinda like picking
the right anime for AMV (Anime Music Videos). Anyway, I was listening to a song called “Disillusion”, from an
anime, “Fate Stay Night” and for no apparent reason ;( *snicker* Fnar) I image a detective story for it because
some of it has a good jazz beat and with a little love lyrics. So at work I started to draw a picture of Nicky as a
detective. I also started to write a demo to start out with and my co-workers, friends and my family loves it.
I’ll be posting it on this site and I hope all you likes it as much as I do. I’ll try to update it by adding new
chapters when I get a chance, I’m a very very busy guy here (even though I just do house chores and play
video games and WOW>_>).
Currently, I’m trying to make a cover page for this story and might make a trailer if all you viewers like it, as
soon I open up my studio by December. If this story becomes a big hit for you all, I might make a movie and
even some web comics. So I am open for any ideas or help from my future fans out there.
